      Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez TruGreen (Newark, NJ) en avr. 2017

      Entretien

      Over the phone 15 minute screen/ interview, in person interview at the office in a remote location that isn't accessible by foot, bike, bus or train in any weather that isn't perfect. The office is filled with women making and taking calls. I was interviewing with the Office Manager for what I thought was an office sales rep job. They only give the office jobs to Women and the men are hired to go door to door selling their services and Products. It might as well be vacuum cleaners. They require you to have a car to get to and from work every day and will not provide assistance in that realm, nor will they provide one to you if they offered you a job. They offered me the job on a silver platter with the salary, very low, no signing bonus, which could have helped me get a car to Star work for them if they did offer it, some benefits, and commissions. The other bad part was the sales reps are out of work during the winter months. I hate not working, so that's reason enough to pass on this job in that already bad offer. Not to mention the fact that it was clear that there is rampant discrimination with the women Working in the office and the men targeted as the field workers. I made a good choice turning down this offer and it was a very stressful decision I was forced to make as someone great at what I do in a bad spot with a bad offer from a bad company.

      Over the phone. 3 interviews, 3 different people, over the phone. Offered position during 3rd call. Was told would receive some warm leads, which never happens, and so i only receive cold leads where i go out and knock on a minimum of 100 doors per day.

      Mainly a lot of questions regarding background and work history during the 1st interview. 2nd was more related in verifying info provided in previous call and then somewhat informed with general job description details.

      Quick and easy really just felt like I signed up not much they ask you rather than your selling experience and with that if you basically have none at all you’ll still get hired ironically lol

      It was 30 minutes long, over a Microsoft Teams call. They asked questions to see how I would react to certain situations, see if I had the personality to be in sales.
