After you initially reached out, we did an internal investigation over the last two days. We can assure you that we did not make a hiring decision based on you being a neurodivergent candidate as outlined in our structure attribute-based scorecards.
As you mentioned, we include other teams and crossfunctional members to further assess potential team chemistry, work style, communication style, etc.- because these factors are equally as important as someone’s technical abilities. That being said, we have a very high bar and only extend offers to individuals who excel across all of the attributes being assessed, not just their technical ability.
How someone speaks about others, especially past employers and coworkers, the language they choose to use, and how they will be able to add to our culture are extremely important to us. Making crude and disparaging comments, and using excessive profanity when discussing coworkers does not align with our company values. We have put a lot of effort into creating an inclusive culture where everyone supports each other, and we will do whatever it takes to protect that, including making a difficult hiring decision.
