Applied online and received an e-mail that they were interested in my background and would like to have a phone interview, however I must complete an online quiz first. I completed the quiz and seems like I did well because the next morning they reached out to set up a time. After a time was set a few days later I get an e-mail that they need to move the phone chat, totally understandable. Again, couple days pass and they moved the phone chat back few more days. Had a few exchanges with the CEO on trying to set up a time but then he became unresponsive. Later contacted the employee that had been sending calendar invites about potentially setting up a new time to chat and kept getting the same one line over and over, "Will check with (CEO Name) and get back to you ASAP!" Finally I sent one more e-mail and then got a response from the person "(CEO Name) said that role is closed, thanks for you interest."
Had a feeling it wasn't true, so had my friend apply for that position 2 days later and he got a response saying they'd like to chat with him after he passes a quiz they would send out. He also double checked with one of the employees who said in fact the account manager role is still open.
So very interesting. A company who is helping other companies with their recruiting efforts still hasn't seem to figure out their own.

Friendly, direct interviews. Too many interviews in my opinion. Loved meeting the teams and the interview process was enjoyable outside of the quantity of interviews. It also took a while for TripleByte to ask for an interview upon submitting my application
