They had a third party conduct the interview and asked me fairly simple questions at first and slowly started questions specific to the level of technology that I applied for. All in all the interviewer was very polite and helped with hints whenever possible. At the same time, it was clear that he was unaware of certain enhancements that are possible in C# related to the newest versions, which is fine if it was a reflection on the interviewer, but I will be the one who will be impacted because of his lack of knowledge.
