One on one interview and very casual. I applied for the job online and was conatacted with in a day or so. The interview was completed in a classroom environment by the department coordinator. Started off with basic questions, like why you are interested in the job and what subject are you hoping to teach. It was contract position. I took a brief questionairre test and offered the job on the spot. Multiple positions were available.
