I contacted the company recruiter by phone and submit my resume. They contacted me later that same day and set up a 1:1 for the following day. I interviewed with two people; the recruiter and senior manager. The interview lasted about one hour and basically went through my employment history, touching at times on my skills and related experience. The next day I received an offer for employment.
