A phone interview is required first that explains the position. Since I was a referral, it was not a difficult interview, was mostly to confirm interest and field questions. In person interview was a very succinct, formal interview that unpacks your resume and experience. No curveballs, just a basic understanding of experience and interests. An excel test is required post interview.

The people were nice enough but there was a total lack of transparency through the whole process. I was ghosted after the final interview even though I was considered a final candidate. It was very unprofessional and couldn't misrepresent the company enough. These aren't just candidates. They are people who deserve respect and consideration.

Entretien
Very thorough interview process with 2 - 30 minute panels. One panel of was an unofficial technical interview and the other was behavioral. The hiring managers and team leads are easy to speak to and are up front with what they are looking for in a candidate and allow you to fully delve into your qualifications as well as why you are interested in working there. It clearly seems like they want to hire someone with the intent to retain their position at Trimont.
