Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. We set up a time for a call and they never showed up. It’s life, anyone can miss meetings so didn’t really think badly. However they ghosted me when I tried to message them again. Very unprofessional behavior. At least have the decency to cancel the interview.

The interview went well based on the initial discussion, and after successfully being interviewed for 3 rounds, I was ghosted by the HR. We both knew I was over qualified, but still I was willing to take the job, the team seemed unhappy as I said I could only commit for about 2-3 years for the role, but the expectation was to stick around for 5 years.
