The first round was an online coding round. Three questions were asked. The topics covered were GA, DP and other DS concepts. The questions were of Medium - Hard difficulty.
The recruitment process was of six rounds. I did not get through the first round.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One question from Dynamic programming
One from Greedy Algorithms
The recruitment process started with an Online Assessment (OA) consisting of 4 coding questions ranging from medium to hard difficulty, with some problems being quite complex and dependent on strong DSA concepts. Candidates who cleared the OA proceeded to a Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT), followed by multiple interview rounds including a resume/project discussion, a DSA coding interview, and a system design/problem-solving interview. The final stage focused on communication, problem-solving ability, and overall organizational fit
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One of the coding questions required optimizing an algorithm to handle large input sizes efficiently. The focus was on choosing the right data structure and reducing the time complexity from O(n^2) to O(n log n) or O(n).
J'ai passé un entretien chez Trilogy Innovations (New Delhi)
Entretien
It was quite nice actually; the interview went smoothly, the panel was friendly and supportive, the questions were relevant and engaging, and I felt confident expressing my thoughts clearly while maintaining a calm and positive mindset throughout.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trilogy Innovations (New Delhi) en mars 2026
Entretien
It was tough toal 7 rounds there were and the dsa is tough Trilogy interviews are very practical and performance-based, not just theory.
They usually include:
✅ Aptitude + logical reasoning
✅ Coding / problem-solving test
✅ Real-world simulation tasks
✅ Communication + decision-making scenarios
