Entretien
The Takshila Program consists of a multi-stage selection and assessment process:
Induction Session – An introductory orientation to familiarize participants with the program objectives and expectations.
Personal Interview – One-on-one evaluation of individual background, competencies, and suitability for the program.
Online Assessment – Standardized online test to evaluate technical knowledge, analytical skills, and job-relevant competencies.
Profile Evaluation – Assessment of candidate profile against program requirements to determine fit and potential placement areas.
Group Activity – Collaborative task or discussion to evaluate teamwork, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Entretien
Two things are mandatory. One confidence and other communication skills. Technical round is average with very basic questions and HR round is about salary negotiation and sort of other formalities.

2- Psychometric Test- consists of questions on your ability to react on various circumstances
3. Interview- Level is moderate(subject Based)
