Initially all of the interviewing is done over the phone as that is primarily what all positions require at this company. A mock call is completed with a supervisor and your notes are sent back to the supervisor to check for accuracy. If you make it past this point you will be brought in for an in-person interview. A panel of management and supervisors complete the interview each taking turns asking questions.
