You do a phone interview, an in person interview, then if you pass those two you go to another interview which is conducted by 3 people that you might work with.

HR provides your resume to the hiring manager of the department, and they will schedule a pre-screening phone call for about 15-20 minutes telling you about the job. If you have any questions, you ask them about it in the phone call. Then, they invite you to an in-person interview with the team and the hiring manager for a "vibe check". If the team doesn't like you, you will not proceed further.
