Two Rounds of Interview. Just be yourself, they judge you more for your potential than for what you have done in the past. I was a fresher with very little experience to show. Some of the colleagues have a lot of experience and they are doing good here, but there are many freshers as well. So don't worry, just be yourself and try to think of all the good things and the bad things that happened to you during your 6th to 12th education.

It was a Personal Interview, I had given a telephonic interview first. Was called in for a Personal Interview after clearing the telephonic round. My one to one interview went well, I finally was able to crack it. They did not tell me my result immediately. I was given the result after 2 days. Now that I'm a part of the company, I'm happy that I was able to clear it. There is a lot of growth potential here. Work style was very casual to begin with, they are putting in more systems now as the team size is well over 30 now. They are opening up offices in other parts of Punjab.
