First, you should pass the pre-qualifying exams which have two parts: The first part includes basic networking, snippets of code, flowcharts, and logic questions related to programming, and the second part is the grammar exam. After a week or two, they will notify you if you pass and invite you for a technical interview. If the tech interview went well, then you'll proceed with your HR interview, mostly a personal question that is based on your resume. On the same day, the job offer will be discussed.
