They ghosted me after my third stage in person interview! I had 3 stages for the interview. First stage was an HR interview which was good. The next stage I had a zoom with 3 people. They were all lovely and told me a lot about the role which was great. However, having an interview with 3 people is a bit awkward because there were many moments of silence when no one knew who was going to talk next. My final stage was in office with the director. This was the worst stage of all. She started off going point by point through my least relevant experince, the spent the whole interview talking at me rather than asking me questions. I didn’t have an opportunity to prove myself as an example of one of the three questions I had was ‘often people are too busy to help so they will ignore you, are you resilient and willing to push to be heard’. Not a great impression. I left feeling so weird as I knew more about her family than I was able to share about myself! In the end I never heard back. I was neither accepted nor rejected, just ghosted after my final in person interview, which is always a bad sign of a company. Seems like a very interesting company, but always leaves a bad taste ending a process like this!

It was one round interview with C-level execs. Basically very similar questions that are more getting to know you than anything else. 5 interviews in a row, with 2 execs each time.
