Generally, the interview process was well handled and positive. Initial interview with Vanessa the Team Lead about my previous work experience and interest in the job. The next stage was to prepare an assignment with a short presentation. There were 3 people present on the interview (online) and it took around 1 hour. The assignment was sent upfront with few days to prepare. The process was straightforward, the team was friendly. In the end, they choose a different candidate, but they wrote me an email explaining the process and their decision and we agreed to stay in touch for future possibilities.
