Despite being an impressive company based on their products, Trek has one of the most disorganized and unprofessional recruiting efforts I have ever seen! Poor communication, make-it-up-as-they-go process, odd writing requests, unkept promises (about timeline), constant shuffle through various recruiters, and an excessively long interview process (nearly 3 months).
