I showed up for my interview. They spent 20 minutes looking for the person that was supposed to interview me. They finally found her. I went into her office where she told me that I was not experienced enough for 17 years of management under my belt. I quickly left. I got a Call a few days later. She congratulated me on making it to the next step in the interview. She offered to have me host an event and if it did well... the job was mine. Yeah.. ummm no Horrible interview.. no way I would step foot in the place again.
