The interview process consisted of an initial screening call with HR, followed by an in-person interview with the Sales Team Leader. The final stage was a call to discuss the offer and the opportunity to join the company.

Il processo di selezione è stato molto lineare e professionalizzante. Ho svolto i colloqui direttamente con il team delle Risorse Umane e con il Sales Manager. L'atmosfera è stata serena ma stimolante: si sono concentrati sia sulle mie competenze, sia sulle mie attitudini commerciali e di gestione dello stress.
