I applied online and had my interview schedule with in the next day. They are very responsive. During the interview process, they would ask about my experience and why should they hire me. HR was able to go through what the company is about and the value the company dignifies. I had two rounds of interviews, one was with HR and the other was with the team, I will be working with. They wanted to see if I would be a great fit for the team and for the company as well. The process was smooth, and I got an offer the same day, once back ground check was cleared I started the following week.
