On the day we started 30mins late.
Got my name incorrect and mixed up my whole interview process causing confusion in my presentation.
No feedback.
Communication was poor both via phone call or email.
Lack of transparency when asked about dates and details on my application stage/ level

Entretien
The whole AC experience was great. AC includes a presentation（ materials are sent to your email forhand), an individual interview, and a group discussion. I believe if you are well-prepared, the interview and presentation would not be a problem, but group discussion is tricky. (I think I have failed that part ;(( Staffs are friendly.

The group discussion was intense. People would have different materials to read and share, and decide which solution is best-fit.
