Recruiter screening and coding rounds. Can't recommend the way they went about it. Screening was mostly chill, she wanted a lot of deep dives in a short time to make sure I actually have the knowledge my resume said I had. Guess they have been burned by candidates. Salary was pretty much the same as my current job, but they offered full remote. After screening there was a coding interview, which they already sent me a reminder to do a day later. Not sure why I agreed to it. I had to record myself code for 90 mins, seemed to be 1 med and 1 hard problem completely unrelated to AI, ML or NLP. When I realized I let them know I was withdrawing. I'd rather talk to companies that don't pull this stuff.
