It wasn't really hard since I'm really good at what I do. They asked my about my past experience in the field and then put a few scenarios in front of me to check how efficiently I can handle them. After that, there was a short IQ test. They took the rest of the day in verifying my background to make sure I wasn't involved in any illegal activities. I got the confirmation call next day.
