Did a silly aptitude test then called for an interview. Was informed by letter that I was unsuccessful, then 9 months later was called out of the blue to tell me I was supposed to be starting training the following monday. Madness.

test and interview selection. Pretty straight forward. Friendly and helpful team guided me through the process. Whole process took a bit of a long time. about 3 months. But all in all a pretty easy process.
