The process had 3+1 rounds. The first round was with the recruiter, who was very friendly and helpful. The second round was with my future manager, who was also very helpful and patient. She was curious about what I already know about the field and my previous a experiences and also about mypotential. The third round was with a member of senior management, also a good experience. The additional round was with my future site, to make sure that the site staff and the new employee would be a good fit, it was mainly a formal converstaion.
