There is not a real interview. They just ask if you have a driver's license and if you can pass a drug test. They didn't ask about experience. The recruiter hires you after two questions. It feels like a scam, but it isn't.

The interview process was a pretty good experience. It took a week to get the interview, but once I came in the process moves fast. Be ready to work and not miss days once offered a position
