Interview process is average.first round is accessing your basic technical knowledge by answering few mcq’s and call recording then typing and then 1-1 and group interview. But overall it’s not very tough.

It was a group interview with some basic questions: tell me about a time where you had a difficult customer, etc. Each person took their turn answering and we could hear one another’s answers. I think everyone passed
