After the online application had been completed then I spoke with the recruiter for possible options. I followed up with the recruiter to see if any questions were posed, she stated they had just completed their process and we needed to schedule travel and lodging for orientation.

Recruiter simply went over some home time options until a dedicated route was set up tailored to fill my needs better. Then the big question that caught me and I should have seen it coming! "Would you like to be a lease purchase operator where you can make just as much if not more than a company driver and own it in two years?"
