Applied online. After about half a month, I was told to schedule an phone interview and 3 phone interviews in one week. HR is nice and any email were replied very quickly.

First interview with line manager, then a written test, test in using Words and question on subjects related then with HR. Second round with be will the CRO. all interviews in person
Start with the phone interview with HR. Will introduce the job, and basic requirements. Ask for the time you can start working. Your background and strength. Also, describe a hard time experience.

3 hour interview with almost everyone in the group. People are nice. Some basic test in VBA SQL and excel, quiz is basic not hard. Then phone interview with modeling team and the risk team to see if you are a fit for the group. Background with SOA would be a fit.
