I responded to a Craigslist posting and was contacted the next day for an interview. The process was very easy with basic questions about my background and why I'm interested. After that I came for a second interview, and was called 2 days later asking if I wanted to take the position.

Where are you from? Why do you want to work here? What experience do you have? Very easy questions.
Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up an interview with no application process. One of these commission-based, no-experience-required things. That guy and his mentor talked to me for an hour with a whole presentation, and it ended with an offer to become one of their clients if not an advisor.
Very calm, and easy. They just want to get to know you at first. It isn’t as much as an interview as it is a conversation to see if that want to take the next step

Get an insight of the business, learn about the structure, and compensation potential. It may be for some people but I’m still deciding if it’s for me. It was very reminiscent to a mlm structure so that kind of made me second guess if it was something I wanted to do but it may be for someone.
