Applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter and asked to schedule a phone interview which took about an hour. Lots of questions about my experience and background. A couple of "tell me about a time.." Type questions. I was then asked to take 4 online assessments including a simulated customer service call. I was then invited for an onsite panel style interview. Great communication from this company so far and very professional.

Entretien
Phone interview, in-person interview, phone interview with manager and then an offer was made at a set hourly wage. Behavioral type of questions with three supervisors. All three go through a series of different questions.
