J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Transamerica (Los Angeles, CA) en avr. 2017

Was contacted by a recruiter who set up an interview a few days later. I looked online about Transamerica before the interview and decided to go in for at least the experience of an interview even though many people were saying that it was a scam. I didn't even get any extra interview experience because my "interview" was the recruiter telling me about how a few people have used this position to become RICH! He didn't care about my qualifications or experiences and didn't even read my resume, all he wanted was another body out there trying to sell policies so that he could cash in on some of the commission of his recruits (just like a true mlm scheme). To be honest Transamerica doesn't want employees to better their company, they want as many slaves as possible to sling their products. This is abundantly clear when I learned that if I took the position I wouldn't even be a Transamerica employee but rather a contractor working for them. I can only assume that they do this so that they, legally, don't have to pay their workers a cent while they make tons of money off of their work, in true slave master fashion.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Did I tell you about how you can make 6 figures because the baby boomers are retiring?
Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up an interview with no application process. One of these commission-based, no-experience-required things. That guy and his mentor talked to me for an hour with a whole presentation, and it ended with an offer to become one of their clients if not an advisor.
Very calm, and easy. They just want to get to know you at first. It isn’t as much as an interview as it is a conversation to see if that want to take the next step

Get an insight of the business, learn about the structure, and compensation potential. It may be for some people but I’m still deciding if it’s for me. It was very reminiscent to a mlm structure so that kind of made me second guess if it was something I wanted to do but it may be for someone.
