Quite simply, the worst technical recruiter I have encountered in my career. At the first interview, I showed up, and she was nowhere to be found. I sent a follow-up and received nothing in return but an updated calendar invite. In the second interview, the recruiter arrived 15 minutes late without any notice. The interview itself was meh, and I no longer had any interest in Trans Union anyway. Never to be heard from again. 0/10. Stay away.

I sent in an application online, interviewed with the recruiter probably about a week later. She gave me a timeline and spoke to me about next steps. Then I didn’t hear back for about a week so I followed up and the recruiter ghosted me. I already assumed I wasn’t moving forward after I hadn’t heard back in such a long time. Two months later I get a generic we’re moving forward with other candidates email. I think this is very disorganized and rude. The candidate experience needs to improve. It seems like recruiters here don’t have respect for people’s time and do not communicate.
