Total process took over 3 months. Last interviewee blew me off. Sent several emails to hiring manager and recruiter looking for a status with no reply. Finally received a generic no email after a month and half.

Was very long but it is because they do their due diligence. Multiple interviews. One with a general recruiter, one with a hiring manager, and typically one with an interview panel. First is pretty much a resume verification, second is where you can actually talk specifics of the job, if you get a third it’s typically to make sure you fit the role/team dynamic.
