CV and Interview, discussing and testing technical ability. It will be multiple interviews with various members of the department to get an insight on the experience and understanding of the individual about the role.

A bit long process. First one behavioural + technical. The following one was with VP , it was quite easy nothing technical just focused on knowing each other and the role.
Later Another interview with Director which is quite easy like chatting and I had to meet the team face to face later offer Or rejection.

Applied in LinkedIn and received a message from recruiter. Scheduled an Original Phone interview with HR followed by another Phone Interview. Finally an on-site interview with two potential senior members.
3 interview process, and one recruiter screening. Final interview has held in the office. First interview was with the director and boss, the second was with director in a different region and the final was with a manager and director. Process as smooth and took 3 weeks.
