But you can’t say a virtual quiz as we are exhausted with that this year. 8. Who is the real *my name*? (They want to know about you as a person and not just your skills and what you know). 9. What other jobs are you applying to? 10. What does good communication mean to you? Second interview: 1. Tell me about yourself and why you applied. 2. You have missed out on a year of travelling. What happens if somewhere down the line you wanted to go off travelling instead? 3. What was the biggest mistake you made in your previous job? 4. What do you want to get out of this job? 5. What did you not like about working at RWS? (this was the company I worked with previously and is the rival of TPT). 6. Have you applied for a role at RWS? 7. How do you organise a busy day at RWS when you have lots of projects? 8. Tell me something we don’t know. 9. Tell me something that isn’t on your CV. 10. What’s the biggest challenge of your year abroad? Then there was a situational question: If you had a job due Monday 3pm (it’s Friday near the end of your shift) and had no help, what would you do ?
