J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TransPerfect (Denver, CO) en août 2021
Entretien
I applied online a couple months ago and was contacted for an interview shortly after. First round interview with recruiter, followed by an assessment test, then final round interview. I thought the last round interview was both good and bad. They were nice friendly people, but I found some of the questions odd. A good amount of the questions seemed personal and not exactly work related type stuff. Also when there were questions that I thought were really broad and general I asked them some follow up/clarification questions that they couldn’t really answer.
Another thing I would note is they talked about having a floating schedule where your hours can change day to day, and working overtime. They also alluded to it being difficult to take PTO. The interview just had some odd moments and semi red flags popup. And finally, I never received a rejection letter or anything. They told me about “looking out next week for next steps” and that was about two months ago…. All things considered I still think it is important to let people know you are rejecting them instead of ghosting.

Question 1
Why Transperfect?
How would you describe the culture of Florida?
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
