TransPerfect's interview procedure has been very long and it ended in a very disappointing way. This company is clearly ridiculous and lacks of professionalism. I had FIVE interviews, with different people + what they call "personal assessment" where in reality there are also logic and math-related questions. The 4th interview was with a member of the Management in the US and it gave me already an idea of the company. This person did not even take the time to listen to my answers. He asked questions that needed to be developed but then, he would always interrupt me. He was clearly not interested in doing the interview, and I found this behaviour quite rude, a complete waste of time. I understand that people are busy but if this is a necessary interview, please take 10 minutes and listen to the people you want to hire! However, I got a positive feedback and I went to the 5th and last interview at their office. I got a positive feedback and patiently waited for an offer. After some days, I received an email where they just told me that they were not going to proceed with me. I asked for a more accurate feedback and never got one. Giving an appropriate feedback was the least thing they could do after 5 interviews, a long test and positive feedbacks after each stage. This company is not serious and likes to waste their and your time. They don't evaluate the efforts and motivation that it takes to go through their ridiculously long process. They were not transparent about the assessment and the salary, which is unacceptable when you go through 5 interviews. I now understand all the negative comments about working in this company.

Premier entretien téléphonique de 30 min avec le responsable RH ensuite entretien physique avec l'account manager 30 min également au sein de l'entreprise. Mauvais ressenti dès lors qu'on est dans les locaux de l'entreprise, ambiance pas terrible et cela ne rassure pas durant l'entretien.
