I had a 15min phone call with HR, then a test of 2 hours which I found quite easy, after that I did a Skype interview with the Head of the Life Sciences Department in New York; then another Skype interview with a Project Manager and another member of the Life Sciences Department in Barcelona, and finally another test of 1 hour similar to the 1st test. Everyone was very friendly and nice, they didn't ask many classic interview questions but rather asked me to explain them my interest in the position and my career path so far. The whole process took a month.
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.

5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
