Had a brief phone screen with their recruiter, and was then asked to complete a 2 hour online test. Upon completion, was then told that they did not have the budget to pay my minimum salary requirement, and was introduced to a higher position which I was invited to apply to if I was interested. I declined because the job description did not appeal to me. *Tip: you will need the full two hours to do this test. It is a test where you have to compare documents and spot all the differences between them, but there are actually more than the number they ask you to find, so don't stop and assume you are done once you've hit the number they ask for.
