The first round was a technical screen over the phone with one of the current traders. It was a 15-30 minute interview where they briefly asked about you then went into the technical side.

followed by an invitation for a full-day visit at their office with 6 interviews and lunch.
was told that I passed all the tests but wasn't given an offer quite yet as they gave me an additional python assignment of 4-6 weeks
Had to follow-up several times to finally get a final feedback. Received a NO by e-mail without any comments.
Very high turnover and very poor feedback from ex-employees. Based on the behavior I've seen from the management, I can't recommend applying to TMG or just keep your expectations very low about them.

#4 how to go from the bottom of a cube to the other upper end in the shortest way?

quick 17 min phone interview, the interviewer was so nice and so professional, make sure you review probability and the like. Also make sure you know compound interest and how to manipulate those questions.
