The screening interview went well. The recruiter from Trane indicated my experience would be great fit and asked me to send him my availability to have a call with hiring manager the next week. I did that and for 3 full weeks followed up with no reply. Finally end of week 3 I received an email from Trane's recruiter indicating hiring manager changed his mind and was looking at other candidates. I have no issue with other candidates being selected, but the ghosting is so unprofessional and reflection of the organization.
