Part of the job description includes 20+ years of experience, with a minimum of 12 years of combined design experience required along with 7+years leading and handling a design team. I happen to have 21+ years of experience and more than was required in the JD. How many people do you know can claim to have 20+ years of experience in User Experience Design? No matter the decision! I still think I 'm better off finding another opportunity elsewhere!
