Entretien
After initial phone call with recruiter, I was given a take home coding challenge with different tasks that took 40+ hours to complete. The next step was a technical interview with one of the engineers, who only asked specific questions about python libraries instead of anything about the coding challenge or coding in general. So unless you have all python libraries memorized its not worth the effort to complete the coding challenge. They didn't seem interested in coding abilities or problem solving, just if I had certain things memorized. I was told my answers were too "java and c" like.

submitted resume, invited to take a buggy python challenge 2 days later (the interface they used for the multiple choice test kept shorting out and saying it was not saving my previous answers), phone interview a week later. The tech recruiter on the phone call was very unprofessional and seemed to be completely reading off a script. Finished the phone call with the thought that went poorly. Based on other experiences I have had to this point, organizational structure there seems to be lacking, does not seem that HR and the other departments are on the same page
