Had first a couple of phone conversations with a London-based recruiter. Next meetings in Geneva with the hiring manager, the n+1 and also with peers. Final meeting was with Human Resources.

2 rounds (back to back), 2 interviewers each, 30mins per round. Each with teams based in different geographies (one would be the location you potentially will get hired for). Casual set up, conversational whilst testing your research about host firm and drive to join.

The interview was really informal. I was quite disappointed by it. They were fishing for proprietary information instead of really considering me as a potential candidate. Many people in the video call but only one with the camera on and talking.
