I completed an initial phone interview, followed by meeting/interview with Claims Manager a week later. The 3rd part of the interview process was behavioral questions and going over any questions I had. The final meeting with Claims Director.

The interview process is straight forward. The questions are behavioral based and the interviewers try to gauge your ability to answer questions timely but not oversell yourself. The interviewers kept the mood light and try to get you to be yourself to help determine if you are right for the culture.
