J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's (San Diego, CA) en août 2015

The interview--as described by most users on here--went very well. I was interviewed by two guys that I believe had the title of 'Mate.' I thought I performed well, but i tend to get a little nervous during these situations. I knew a lot about the company and TJ's products, which they seemed impressed with, but I ultimately got a rejection letter six days later. I really want to work for TJ's; I would be a great fit for them. I know it is difficult to judge, but how you interview is NOT indicative of how you were work. It has been proven again and again. They need to realize that when they are interviewing someone for an entry-level position to take many factors in consideration.

Question 1
How would your former employer describe you in three words?
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
I had 3 separate interviews. 1 was over the phone. 2 were in person. I never heard anything after the third interview. I called the store about a week later and they let me know they didn’t actually have any available positions. Really felt like they wasted my time.
