Upon arrival at the store I saw that it was busy. I went to what was an information desk which was called a "Bridge" I checked in and waited a few minutes for a manager they gave me the name of who I would be speaking with. They had my application in hand and asked me to tell me about myself. I kept it professional spoke about my skills and what I had to bring to the table , strengths, weaknesses and roles I've taken on in the past. Etc interview was more than a few minutes even got to ask the interviewer some questions. Nerves went away and it felt more like a conversation. I felt good after. Best advice show up early and be prepared to wait it looked busy even mid morning / early afternoon. Always ask questions at the end. After all your interviewing them to see if you want to be apart of their company.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
I had 3 separate interviews. 1 was over the phone. 2 were in person. I never heard anything after the third interview. I called the store about a week later and they let me know they didn’t actually have any available positions. Really felt like they wasted my time.
