J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's (State College, PA) en oct. 2012
Entretien
Two face-to-face interviews. The first one was with one mate, and the second interview was with another two mates. I got a call-back from the first interview within five days, and then I got another call-back a couple of days after my second interview - this was to meet the captain and welcome me to the team.
The first interview asked typical questions like, "Why do you want to work at Trader Joe's.", "Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer," and "How do you think you'll fit into our team?"
The second interview was more of an assessment of personality and individual characteristics. Less formal, and more open-format.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
No difficult or unexpected questions. Very general questions asked.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Entretien
Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
I had 3 separate interviews. 1 was over the phone. 2 were in person. I never heard anything after the third interview. I called the store about a week later and they let me know they didn’t actually have any available positions. Really felt like they wasted my time.
