It was straightforward. I called ahead, dropped my resume off and filled out the application. Once that was completed we proceeded to the interview, which went really well. I was told that in 2 weeks I would receive a call from HR to let me know their decision.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
